**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Dickson, TN. The PTA will assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in patient evaluations and treatment sessions
Monitor patient progress and report to the physical therapist
Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean therapy environment
**Qualifications:**
Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
Current PTA license in Tennessee
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary:** $45,000 – $55,000 annually.
