**Job Title:** Home Based Therapist **Location:** Muncie, IN **Salary:** $50,000 – $65,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate Home Based Therapist to provide mental health support to clients in their homes. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions in clients’ homes, focusing on their unique needs.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

• Stay updated on best practices and therapeutic techniques.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
  • Experience in home-based or community therapy preferred.
