**Job Title:** BCBA – IA **Location:** Des Moines, IA **Salary:** $90 – $110 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Des Moines, IA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

**Qualifications:**
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
