**Job Title:** Therapist/Licensed Counselor – Masters Level – EMDR **Location:** Austin, TX **Salary:** $62,000 – $70,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist/Licensed Counselor to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using EMDR techniques.

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Current Texas licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.).
  • EMDR certification preferred.
