**Job Title:** Registered Behavior Technician
**Location:** Colorado Springs, CO
**Salary:** $19 – $23 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disorders.
**Responsibilities:**
Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Provide support and training to families and caregivers.
Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients.
**Qualifications:**
Current RBT certification.
Experience in behavioral therapy preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
