**Job Title:** Speech Language Pathologist – Home Health (PRN) **Location:** Morristown, TN **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN position in home health care. The ideal candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a home setting. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing skills.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams and families for optimal patient care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Current state licensure in TN.

Experience in home health preferred.
