**Job Title:** RN Inpatient – Transplant Surgery
**Location:** Madison, WI
**Salary:** $40.00 – $59.26 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Inpatient Transplant Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support surgical teams, and ensure optimal recovery for transplant patients.
**Responsibilities:**
Monitor and assess patient conditions pre- and post-surgery.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
Educate patients and families on transplant processes and recovery.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Wisconsin.
Experience in surgical or transplant nursing preferred.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
