**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in St. Louis. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in implementing treatment plans for patients.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
Educate patients and families on exercises and home care techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
**Qualifications:**
Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
Current state licensure or eligibility.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
