**Job Title:** Rehab Director (OT, PT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) – Full-Time **Location:** Salt Lake City, UT **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Rehab Director to lead our rehabilitation team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will possess a valid license in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or as a PTA/COTA. **Responsibilities:**

• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department.

• Develop and implement patient care plans.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Mentor and train staff members.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s or Doctorate in relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
