**Job Title:** Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

**Salary:** $45,000 – $55,000 annually
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health LPN to provide quality care to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and personal care
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in NC
Previous home health experience preferred
