**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Administering medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitoring and documenting patient responses to medications.
Assisting with daily living activities and providing compassionate care.
Maintaining accurate medication records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
**Qualifications:**
– Valid CMT certification in Rhode Island
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
