We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Memory Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents with memory impairments.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document residents’ health status and changes.
Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Provide emotional support to residents and families.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Tennessee.
Experience in memory care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
