Job Description

**Job Title:** BCBA – OK (OKC) **Location:** Oklahoma City, OK **Salary:** $75 – $90 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
