**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Lockhart, TX. The ideal candidate will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with disabilities or injuries.
**Responsibilities:**
Support patients in therapeutic activities and exercises.
Document patient progress and report to the occupational therapist.
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
**Qualifications:**
Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
Current state licensure or certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
