**Job Title:** Primary Therapist (Full-Time, including Sat/Sun) **Location:** San Jose, CA **Salary:** $65,000 – $75,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our team in San Jose. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group therapy to clients, focusing on mental health and substance use disorders. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions and support groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in California.
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
