We are seeking a dedicated RN Field Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in home and community settings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Hawaii.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in home health or community nursing preferred.
