**Salary:** $38.50 – $41.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations in our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Manage daily unit activities and staff performance.
Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
Conduct staff training and development.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
**Qualifications:**
Current NY RN license.
Previous management experience preferred.
