**Job Title:** LNA or Experienced Caregiver Per Diem
**Location:** Shelburne, VT
**Salary:** $20.00 – $26.50 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate LNA or Experienced Caregiver to join our team on a per diem basis.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
**Qualifications:**
Current LNA certification or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
