We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Neuro Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support for individuals with neurological conditions.
**Responsibilities:**
Assess and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Illinois
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Experience in neuro or med-surg nursing preferred
