**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health **Location:** Fresno, CA **Salary:** $55 – $65 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will provide personalized therapy services to patients in their homes, enhancing their ability to perform daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and families on home safety and adaptive techniques.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications include a valid OT license in California and experience in home health settings preferred.
