We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to provide home-based services to clients in Clinton Township, MI.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy and support to clients and families in their homes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Valid state licensure (LMSW, LPC, etc.).
Experience in home-based or community mental health preferred.
