**Job Title:** BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) **Location:** Valdosta, GA **Salary:** $78,000 – $88,000 per year **Employment Type:** Full Time/Part Time **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Valdosta, GA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
