We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist II to join our team in Tarboro, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care through assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
Valid NC Physical Therapy License.
Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
