We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at La Palma/Saguaro Correctional Center. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring their health and well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct health assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and document findings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Arizona.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in correctional or similar healthcare settings preferred.
