**Job Title:** RN Lactation Consultant – Neonatal ICU **Location:** Monroe, LA **Salary:** Competitive, commensurate with experience **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated RN Lactation Consultant to join our Neonatal ICU team. The ideal candidate will provide expert lactation support to mothers of premature and critically ill infants. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and support breastfeeding practices for NICU patients.

• Educate families on lactation techniques and infant feeding.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.

• Conduct workshops and training for staff on lactation best practices.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Louisiana
  • IBCLC certification preferred
  • Experience in a NICU setting
