**Salary:** $140,000 – $160,000 per year

We are seeking a Clinical Director for our Pediatric Cardiac ICU. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff management.
**Responsibilities:**
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians and administration to enhance patient outcomes.
Manage budget and resource allocation effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric Cardiology.
Extensive experience in pediatric critical care.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
