**Job Title:** Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) **Location:** Ottawa, OH **Salary:** $16 – $20 per hour **Schedule:** Paid Holidays, No Weekends!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Ottawa, OH. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders.

  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Assist in developing and modifying treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with families and team members

    • Qualifications: RBT certification, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
