We are seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Charge Nurse to oversee patient care in our facility. Responsibilities include:
Supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Providing education and support to patients and families
**Qualifications:**
– Current LPN/RN license in Missouri
– Strong leadership and communication skills
