**Job Title:** Primary Care Physician **Location:** Indianapolis, IN **Salary:** $215,000 – $245,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Manage chronic conditions and promote preventive care.

Collaborate with specialists and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Participate in community health initiatives and patient education.

Qualifications: MD/DO, board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and a valid Indiana medical license.
