**Salary:** $36.31/hour – $38.31/hour
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our evening shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and patient hygiene.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal care.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
