The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients with mental health disorders. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and families.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Virginia
  • Experience in mental health nursing preferred
