**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** Moore, OK **Salary:** $90,000 – $112,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Moore, OK. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.

• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
