The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. **Responsibilities:**

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.

Assist with daily living activities and patient hygiene.

Document patient care and progress accurately.

Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

Current LVN license in California.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.
