**Job Title:** Registered Nurse – Orthopedic Unit (Sign-On Bonus) **Location:** Tallahassee, FL **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support orthopedic procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and monitor patient conditions

• Administer medications and treatments

• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Maintain accurate patient records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Florida
  • BSN preferred
  • Experience in orthopedic nursing is a plus
