**Job Title:** Registered Nurse Manager/Director of Behavioral Health **Location:** City, State **Salary:** $85,000 – $110,000 annually

**Job Summary:**

The Registered Nurse Manager/Director of Behavioral Health will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care in a behavioral health setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support.

Develop and implement patient care protocols and policies.

Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.

Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications:**

Current RN license.

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
