**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN), Inpatient Rehab 3B – Day Shift **Location:** Springfield, IL **Salary:** Competitive, commensurate with experience **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN for our Inpatient Rehab unit 3B. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and monitor patient conditions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on care plans

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Illinois
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • Previous rehab experience is a plus
