**Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant** **Location: Navasota, TX** **Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Navasota, TX. The ideal candidate will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Support patients in therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Document patient progress and report to the occupational therapist.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
• Current state licensure or certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
