**Salary:** $24 – $30 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health LPN to join our recovery team in Bayard, IA. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to individuals with mental health challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
Participate in group therapy sessions and recovery activities.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Iowa.
Experience in mental health preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
