**Job Title: Behavior Technician** **Location: Huntington Beach, CA** **Salary: $22.00 – $27.50 per hour**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with behavioral challenges, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Responsibilities:
    • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
    • Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings.
    • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency in care.
    • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.

    Qualifications include a high school diploma, experience in behavioral health, and strong communication skills.
