We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our specialized home care team in Wichita. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
Educate patients and families on exercises and home care techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
**Qualifications:**
Current PTA license in Kansas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in home health care preferred.
