We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse II to join our Medical Oncology team.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced oncology setting.
Administer chemotherapy and manage side effects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment options and self-care.
Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Virginia.
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, oncology preferred.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
