**Job Title:** Outpatient Therapist **Location:** Minneapolis, MN **Salary:** $60,000 – $75,000 annually **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group therapy to clients facing mental health challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current licensure in Minnesota.
