**Salary:** $40.00 – $46.35 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated RN Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
Coordinate patient care and manage daily operations
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff
Assist in patient assessments and care planning
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
Leadership experience preferred
