We are seeking a dedicated Medical Renal RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to patients with renal conditions.
**Responsibilities:**
Assess and monitor patient health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on renal health management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Michigan
Experience in renal nursing preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
