**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor **Location:** Jasonville, IN **Shift:** 3 PM to 11 PM **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during the evening shift. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.

• Monitor patient progress and implement care plans.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Provide training and support to nursing staff.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Indiana
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
