Job Description

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse – Surgical General – PRN **Location:** Alexandria, LA **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Surgical General unit on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and monitor patient conditions pre- and post-surgery.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on post-operative care.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Louisiana.
  • Minimum of 2 years of surgical nursing experience preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
    • **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience.
