We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Baptist Med Surg Urology unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
Assess and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate patient records
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Oklahoma
Previous Med Surg experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
