We are seeking a dedicated RN Oncology Nurse Navigator to join our Cancer Center team in Santa Fe, NM. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to cancer patients throughout their treatment journey.
**Responsibilities:**
Coordinate patient care and facilitate communication between healthcare providers.
Educate patients and families about treatment options and resources.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing follow-up care.
Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in NM.
Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
