We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Fitchburg, MA.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene.
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Massachusetts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
