We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with terminal illnesses.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Educate families on end-of-life care and resources.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Washington State.
Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
